Management Accountant (Part-Qualified) - Bristol

Element Recruitment is proud to be working in partnership with a successful organisation who is looking for a motivated and analytical Part-Qualified Management Accountant to join their fast growing finance team. This role involves supporting the preparation of management accounts, assisting with budgeting and forecasting, and delivering financial analysis to drive informed business decisions. The ideal candidate is working towards a professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) and has a strong desire to develop their management accounting expertise in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes, with variance analysis.
• Conduct cost and profitability analysis to inform business decisions.
• Prepare financial reports, including KPIs and cash flow analysis.
• Perform tasks related to the month-end close, including reconciliations.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Assist with audits and provide necessary financial documentation.
• Collaborate with departments to provide financial insights.
• Support and guide junior finance team members.

Requirements:

• Part-qualified in ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in management accounting or financial reporting.
• Strong analytical skills, Excel proficiency, and experience with accounting software.
