Legal Secretary | Central Bristol | Hybrid | Up to £30,000
Element Recruitment are currently working with a fantastic law firm based in central Bristol, who are looking for an experienced legal secretary to join the team growing team.
Within this role you will be working to manage diaries, answer and prescreen inbound queries and producing documents.
This is an excellent role for anyone to continue to build their legal career within a reputable company.
You will:
- Provide effective high level administrative and secretarial support
- Provide diary management assistance, organising meetings using MS Teams
- Develop and maintain exemplary positive internal and external client relationships
- Demonstrate excellent IT skills, with the ability to amend and format large and complex documents where necessary and / or create PowerPoint documents
- Deal with enquiries from clients, colleagues and third parties and provide effective transfer of information
You will have:
- Previous administration experience from within a professional services environment.
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- The ability to work well under pressure
- Knowledge of all Microsoft packages
