Legal Assistant – Family Law | Bath
Element Recruitment is hiring a Legal Assistant to join a Family Law team in Bath, supporting privately funded and Legal Aid clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to fee earners, including document production, file management, and diary coordination.
- Handle audio dictation typing, correspondence, and case-related documentation.
- Assist with legal processes such as case management, liaising with courts, and drafting documents under supervision.
- Manage new enquiries, client communication, and online portals (Legal Aid).
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in a Legal Assistant or administrative role.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant IT platforms.
- Excellent written communication and client relationship management skills.
