Element Recruitment is working with a professional services client, who is looking for an enthusiastic Junior Client Supprot Executive to join their team and grow with the business. This is a great opportunity for someone without any previous experience in this field to take their first steps into a future career. You will first join as Receptionist, ansering the phones, greeting visitors with a view to be trained up to move in to the Client Services Team (and this can be done within 6 months). You will be a crucial part of our client’s team and contribute to the growth of the business.

In this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask. We are looking for a candidate with the ability to stay organised and be able to work independently when needed. Computer skills, such as Microsoft Office, are essential.

Key responsibilities:

  • As the first point of contact for all visitors, it is important to maintain a professional appearance at all times.
  • To receive and prioritise incoming telephone calls and deal with them appropriately including recording and distributing messages as required and maintain a rapid response rate according to agreed standards.
  • To welcome visitors in a professional and hospitable manner, ensuring signing in procedures are followed and to provide refreshments as required.
  • Open/distribute the incoming mail.
  • Management of meeting rooms and the visitor park spacEnsuring all team administrative functions are processed accurately and efficiently
  • Ensuring team processes are reliable and effective
  • Taking ownership for team results
  • Communicating well with your team, department, and wider business
  • Taking ownership for resolving any issues that are presented
  • Taking part in wider department projects when opportunities arise
