Italian Customer Service Advisor

£18,000 - £21,000 DOE

Home based until approx. New Year

37.5 hrs per week

I am currently looking for an Italian Customer Service Advisor to work in a fantastic organisation who pride themselves in having a friendly and family feel to their team.

We are looking for fluent Italian speakers and to have the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Italian.  Someone who has excellent attention to detail and the ability to investigate things further.

Main duties required:

• Answer phone calls and respond to enquiries in both languages
• Confirm and verify details that are provided and accurately enter them into the database
• Ability to Investigate into things so must have excellent attention to detail
• Arrange for timely repair or replacement of equipment
• Resolve customer complaints ensuring that we treat customers fairly
• Translate documents as necessary
• Maintain weekly and/or monthly productivity and work completed reports as directed
• To handle customer service queries (including complaint resolution) for the Italian speaking customers.
• To work within the guidelines provided

• Ability to be able to work on your own accord as well as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in Italian and English
• You to provide an outstanding customer service experience
• Computer literate
• Confident with a willingness to learn
• Working under pressure and being able to prioritise
