Our industry leading UK based Global tech client are looking for an IT support Engineer with experience in working with Windows, mac, linux, gmail, automation, and OpenVPN. Along with working with a great team of on site and remotely based work force around the world you'll be joining a fast paced collaborative team environment with excellent career development opportunities.

You will be responsible for:

  • Setting up user accounts in various systems
  • Taking ownership of our internal IT Help Desk
  • Purchasing and tracking employee hardware, and software licenses
  • Responding to internal IT issues and enquiries
  • Automating as many internal processes as possible

You'd ideally have some experience in the following:

  • Email (IMAP, SMTP, DKIM, SPF), and specifically Gmail
  • G Suite applications, user management, and security best practices
  • Hardware needs of Linux, Mac and Windows users in various more or less technical roles
  • Identity management in large organisations (SSO, SAML etc)
  • Automation and scripting, with PowerShell, Bash, Python etc
  • OpenVPN client setup and debugging
