Are you immediately for a 1st line Helpdesk support role in Central Bristol?
We are helping a creative company in Central Bristol to help them find temporary 1st line support for 3 - 4 weeks. This role is a technical a support position, with an emphasis on providing a high-level of service. You'll be responsible for providing 1st line support, escalating incidents to the 2nd line team where needed. As you progress through the role, you will gain the opportunity to deal with 2nd line issues before escalating. Technical support will be provided via telephone and email, where you will triage incidents appropriately using the internal software.
