Interim Senior Financial Accountant - Bristol - Central

£60,000 - £65,000 - Accountancy (Qualified)

South West Financial Services firm are seeking a technically strong Interim Senior Financial Accountant for a 6 month Fixed Term Accountant. This can be a completely remote working role. You will be supporting Group Finance on Financial Reporting Regulations and the development of a Finance Function Manual.

Responsibilities will include:

Leading the month end reporting process and subsequent analysis.
Preparation of regulatory reporting and completion of returns for sign-off.
Preparation of tax reporting
Preparation of annual statutory accounts
Leading the development of process and controls review.
Maintaining integrity and accuracy of balance sheet – preparation and review of monthly reconciliations.
Supporting preparation of MI packs for reporting to the Board.
Managing, coaching and mentoring two direct reports.

Your Profile:

Qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA with experience in FCA reporting
IFRS Knowledge
Experience within Financial Services is desirable not essential
