Interim Oracle Fusion Accountant - Swindon

Interim Oracle Fusion Financials Consultant | Swindon | Part Time (2-3 days) | 3-6 months

We are hiring on behalf of a growing SME going through an Oracle Fusion Finance upgrade. You will be someone practical, confident, and experienced in Oracle Fusion Financials who can roll up their sleeves and help to get things working smoothly. This is a delivery-focused role, not a management position. You will understand how the system fits within finance and have UAT experience.

Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day work across key Oracle Fusion Finance modules (GL, AP, PO, AR, CM).
• Help with data migration from older systems into Fusion.
• Assist with setting up user roles, access, and security.
• Help the business understand and use the system—creating simple guidance or training where needed.
• Get involved in testing (UAT), including writing test scenarios and running tests.
• After go-live, help troubleshoot issues and suggest improvements.
• Work closely with different teams and stakeholders to keep things moving.

Your Profile:

• Solid hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Finance.
• Experience working with/in a finance team
• Comfortable working across GL, AP, PO, AR and CM (EPM/FCC experience is a bonus).
• Experience supporting data migration into Fusion.
• Good understanding of Fusion roles, access, and security setup.
• Someone who’s used to working through design, build, testing (especially UAT), and supporting go-live.
• Clear communicator who can work well with non-technical users.

This is a contract position with good variety. Ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, getting stuck into the details, and helping a business get the best out of Oracle Fusion.
