Interim Financial Controller - Exeter

Element Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with an entrepreneurial, multi-location business based in Devon, as they look to engage with an experienced interim finance professional to assist them through a busy period of change.

This role will require a hands on mentality and encompass a review of current performance as well as financial processes and controls, working very closely alongside the Group Managing Director. You will also assist the business in shaping their finance strategy, redefining their management information tools and ensuring consistent controls are in place for financial reporting.

As the right candidate for this role, you will be a qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) with experience of supporting business' on an interim basis, with the ability to take a strategic overview but also adopt a hands on mentality to get fully involved with the financial outputs to assist the MD.

Paying a competitive day rate, this role is anticipated to last 3-4 months with the possibility of up to 6 months.
