Element Recruitment is pleased to be working with a growing organisation in the South West that is looking for an Interim Finance Manager to support their central team on a 12-month maternity cover contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced finance professional to step into a key role within a purpose-led, supportive environment.
The Role Working closely with senior leadership, the Finance Manager will:
Lead on budgeting, management accounts, VAT returns, and year-end processes
Support audit preparation and assist with statutory financial statements
Provide data-driven insight and analysis to support strategic decision-making
Collaborate with operational teams and external partners to ensure financial compliance and efficiency
Ideal Candidate You’ll be a proactive and experienced finance professional with:
AAT Level 4, accounting degree, or equivalent qualification/experience
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Solid experience in financial reporting and management
Confidence in communicating financial information to both finance and non-finance stakeholders
Interviews will commence 22/04 / 23/04 with a start date immediately!
