In-House Recruitment - Bristol

Do you have recruitment experience? Are you looking to make the move in to internal recruitment?  

We are recruiting for an Internal Recruitment partner for a large organisation in Bristol for 2 x 12 month FTC and 1 x Permanent contract. You will be working within a busy recruitment team to ensure the smooth running of recruitment within the company.

The salary is £30,000 (+ £3,000 bonus). Working hours are 8.30am – 17.00 Monday to Friday.

Working 3 days at home and 2 days in the office

Duties will include:

• Direct sourcing and head hunting to help fill challenging vacancies
• Work closely with stakeholders and line managers to manage all clinical requirements
• Identifying future needs and managing pipeline
• Pre-screening candidates
• Ensuring all compliance and validation checks are done
• Managing a high volume of vacancies, ensuring all processes are followed
• Building and maintaining talent pools

You will have:

• Previous experience in recruitment within an agency or in-house level
• The ability to develop relationships quickly and remotely as well as in person
• Good negotiation, influence and consulting skills
• Experience adhering to deadlines and hitting targets
