HR Manager - Up to £50K for the right candidate for a 6 month FTC - Immediate starters - Immediate Interview! Central Bristol Location.

Element Recruitment are looking for a very experienced Human Resources Manager - Strong Data Generalist with:- 

  • Strong Employment Law experience and HRIS, Peoplesoft or iTrent skills. 
  • Specialist background in unpicking difficult contracts i.e.:  zero hours; temporary; part time etc
  • Coaching & Mentoring experience
  • Charitable, Education and Public Sector experience would be a bonus!

This busy and varied role would suit an experienced HR generalist who is looking for a new challenge. You will have line management responsibility for a HR Advisors. 

The HR Manager position involves working with the line managers to provide support with issues such as recruitment, managing long term sick and disciplinary procedures, dealing with escalated employee queries, providing general reports on employee turnover, absence, starters, leaver, vacancy levels and KPI’s, writing and reviewing HR policies and attending meetings with non-HR staff to give updates on employment law changes, preparing updated information as required

You will be CIPD qualified and have a sound knowledge of HR policies and procedure, you'll have previous experience of attending/running disciplinary meetings and be self-motivated and able to work under your own initiative the successful candidate will be required to undergo a DBS check and will require references prior to interview.
