Are you looking for a HR Generalist role within a dynamic, fun and energetic company?

Element Recruitment are delighted to be working with a global Tech company in Bristol to help them find a HR Officer.  This is a true generalist role and you will be supporting the Global Head of People and Culture. If you are a true ‘people person’ then this is  a great opportunity for you.

Salary £30,000 - £35,000 + great benefits

Duties:

  • Play a key role in promoting People and Culture
  • Employee life cycle including recruitment, onboarding, leavers, reporting
  • Manage and update the HR system
  • Push global initiatives throughout the company
  • Act as first point of contact for staff
  • Supporting on payroll as an when needed

You will have:

  • 2+ years experience working within HR
  • High level of attention to detail
  • The ability to build strong working relationships
  • Excellent IT skills, ideally having experience
  • Good knowledge of employment legislation and payroll requirements
  • The ability to think outside of the box
