HR Coordinator, Richmond - London

We are looking for an HR Coordinator for a progressive and forward-thinking company based in Richmond.

This is a newly created role, and it will give the post holder an opportunity to be a key part of the HR team and really put their stamp on it. There will be opportunity to develop your skills and HR knowledge and in the future move into a BP or Advisor role.

Although many of the HR processes and procedure are in place, they are not fully formed so this would suit someone who is highly organised and proactive, who wants to take responsibility and have an influence on how things are rolled out.

The role involves the following:

• Administration and coordination of the HR calendar and full employee lifecycle activities
• Create, maintain and update templates and documentation to support these activities
• Manage all the HR data and payroll information inline with GDRP
• Creating reports such as recruitment, training, performance
• Scheduling events for the HR team such as interviews, training sessions, wellbeing events
• Maintain the company organisation charts
• Coordinate on-boarding of new starters and carry out off boarding actions
• Preparing the payroll information for the finance team each month

The ideal person

• Previous experience as an HR Coordinator or HR Administrator
• Experience of handling confidential information
• Motivated to create a positive employee experience
• Desire to grow and develop your skills and experience
• Highly organised with strong time management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and highly accurate
• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge of GDPR when processing data
