We are recruiting for an HRBP for a creative organisation located in Stroud. This is a standalone HR role for a dynamic, constantly changing and fast moving organisation. This role will work alongside one other HRBP located in London and will report into the Head of Finance and Operations.
As HRPB you will be required to provide a generalist HR function including recruitment, employee retention, change management, TUPE, training and development, performance management, HR Administration, payroll and benefits. You will work closely with the managers and stakeholders to provide advice, guidance and coaching by using best practice and pragmatic solutions. You will be responsible for developing HR policies and drafting guidance notes for managers. When required you will participate in disciplinary, performance management and grievance processes.
The ideal person will be CIPD part-qualified and have an in-depth, generalist knowledge of HR processes and procedures. You’ll have excellent communication skills and be able to manage a busy and varied workload. You’ll be familiar with using HRIS systems along with analytics and reporting.
