They are looking for a stand-alone HR advisor to join their business on a permanent basis. Due to this role being stand alone the scope of this role is very broad, from administration, to advising managers and directors on employment law and best practice, to running and managing the HR function.

- To work with managers and provide advise and guidance
- Identify, plan and organise training for staff
- Coordinate the appraisal process
- Produce stats on HR information
- Maintain HR systems
- Work closely with the MD
- End to end recruitment process
