We are working with a marketing leading business who are looking for a HR Administrator to join their HR team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Monitoring, processing and responding to general people queries via phone and the shared People Team mailbox.
  • Supporting the effective administration of staff sickness, absence and other key data.
  • Upholding high standards of privacy, confidentiality and data protection when managing staff data.
  • Creating employee files by entering complete and accurate data onto the HR system.
  • Processing offers of employment and issuing contracts to new starters as quickly as possible.
  • In accordance with strict government requirements you will process critical new starter compliance

About you:

  • Experience of working in a HR administration role
  • Strong computer literacy and IT skills; including Basic Excel skills including formulas, summarising and presenting data
  • Excellent administration and organisation.
  • Attention to detail coupled with a drive to complete projects and work in a timely manner
