Head of Risk - Bristol

Growing Financial Services organisation is seeking a Head of Risk. You will hold a qualification in Risk Management or have gained CPD within Financial Services. 

Responsibilities include:

• Working closely with Senior Leadership Team to develop and implement risk management framework
• Provide support and challenge to risk owners on risk exposure
• Provide management information and assurance to SLT and Board around the risk framework. Identifying relevant risks and organising risk mitigation 
• Ensure that new projects are subject to risk assessment
• Maintain regular risk reporting to SLT and Board
• Develop and deliver consistent messages on the importance of risk management to the wider business

Your profile:

• Qualified in Risk Management / Risk CPD in financial services
• Financial Services experience
• Solid negotiation and influencing skills
• Excellent communicator
