Head of Group FP&A - Bristol

Element Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a leading, listed business in the South West as they look to engage with a Head of Group FP&A to join them at a pivotal time.

Reporting into the Group Finance Director and part of the wider senior leadership team, you will lead on the business transformation and change agenda whilst also managing the business central FP&A activities, driving effective decision making through insightful data and analysis and managing the business' long term forecasting and budgeting.

You will consider yourself to be a driver and advocate for change, with experience of leading FP&A activities in a large group environment. You will be a qualified accountant with significant PQE. You will have experience with a consolidation/planning system and you will have strong analytical skills, experience of utilising PowerBI/Power Query would be highly advantageous.

On offer is an attractive salary (up to £95k), plus an attractive bonus and benefits. This business are operating under hybrid working (3&2), with parking available on site.
