Head of FP&A - Market leading brand - Bristol - South

As a Head of FP&A you will form a key part of the leadership team across the business. You will join a high performing business area sat within an established and reputable business.

You will be responsible for forming and developing the finance arm of the business for the Group CFO. You will enjoy building relationships across the organisation, driving commercial performance and playing an integral part in driving the direction of the business.

You will thrive within a fast-faced and dynamic environment and enjoy improving/optimising systems and processes. You will work closely with the Dept CFO and Finance Director and will enjoy working across multiple business areas.

Accountabilities;

You’ll be responsible for the full management of the Finance function and partnering very closely with the CFO.

Focus areas of the position will include;

• Financial Partnering for across European leadership team
• Maintenance and development of key business relationships
• Creation and development of useful financial insight to support in strategic decision making
