Element Recruitment are delighted to be exclusively supporting a unique and people centric not for profit business based in Central Bristol as they look to engage with an experienced Head of Finance to join their team.
Reporting into and business partnering with the Senior Leadership Team, this role will encompass all aspects of day to day finance including management accounting and associated reporting, rolling cash flow forecast management, strategic budget and forecast management as well as ownership of the business statutory financial reporting under FRS102, managing a small team. This role will sit within the senior directorship of the business and will help aid finance data led decision making towards the strategy and growth of the business.
You will be a qualified accountant, with experience of performing a rounded, hands on head of finance, or senior finance management role whilst leading a team. You will consider yourself to be a natural communicator with a strong ability to proactively business partner and challenge, with demonstrable experience of improving systems, process and controls. You will also have strong experience with Microsoft Excel and finance ERP systems.
