Head of Data Management | £85,000 - £105,000 | Bristol | Hybrid | European Technology Sector

A highly admired large corporate, this business operates throughout Europe and specialises in technology and operational systems. This new position will drive improved management and development of all the group data processes, governance, and leadership across all data operations. You will implement data governance and robust controls / framework to improve data integrity, and ultimately facilitate improvements to Information and Reporting capabilities.

• Lead on governance and transformation projects.
• Establish key compliance and risk management reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all aspects of the business.
• Improve and establish a robust data governance framework.
• Oversee data operations, managing records across all data sources and applications.
• Build relationships and communication with key senior stakeholders.
• Own monthly reporting and develop improved MI and reporting to performance manage data integrity and data utilization .
• Show real leadership qualities both within your Data Team and across multiple project and transformation teams.
• Develop a roadmap for future improvements and future technologies including AI and automation

The successful candidate:

• Exceptional Data Management background in a large corporate environment
• Extensive Project Management skills utilised in a Transformational environment
• Previous experience of establishing and developing a Data Management framework
• Strong Data Governance background
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Team management and natural leadership capability
• Excellent Reporting and Analysis skills
• Experience of the tech sector (SAAS or Telecoms) is desirable, but not essential
