We are working with a market leading multi-platform media company who are recruiting for a Head of Behavioural Intelligence. You will be working with the data services team who are responsible for all aspects of external data engagement, the team is made up of SME’s who are expected to engage externally to further our joint business plan objectives with partners. You will lead the way in counter fraud expertise and technologies within the price comparison industry, and It's time to take that to the next level, offering behavioural insights that lead to product and price differentiation and great outcomes for customers and partners.

Job Summary

  • To own and be the advocate for our live behavioural intelligence services.
  • To act as a strong voice and public expert in-industry on emerging behaviours and trends.
  • To lead our counter-fraud team, maintaining excellent partner outcomes and a high quality of traffic.

Key role responsibilities

  • To scope, build and execute Behavioural Intelligence solutions making best use of the existing technology stack.
  1. Identify the best route forward to leverage our advanced technology platform.
  2. Lead technical teams in roadmap and execution of build pipeline.
  3. Land new services in the marketplace, ensuring good uptake and positive feedback from partners.
  • To develop the sell-in strategy for behavioural services, delivering ongoing and growing commercial upside.
  • To stay engaged with emerging and future industry & partner trends, recognising opportunities to develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Lead the existing fraud team, joining the dots between counter fraud methodologies and emerging behavioural trends.
  • To ensure adherence to our data ethics framework.

Essential skills and experience

  • STEM degree or equivalent experience
  • Outcome driven behavioural modelling experience – pricing background ideal, but could be from any financial services discipline.
  • Clear communicator able to describe very complex concepts to varied audiences.
  • Experience of working to deliver commercial outcomes

Desirable skills and experience

  • Insurance industry knowledge beneficial
  • Insurance pricing experience beneficial
  • Fraud experience beneficial
