UK&I Financial Controller - Cheltenham

Element Recruitment are delighted to be engaged on a search to appoint a Group Financial Controller, to a growing group business based in Cheltenham.

The business are currently undergoing significant growth both throughout the UK and Ireland and across Europe and undergoing transformational change, which will see this newly formed role report into UK&I Finance Director, but also with a dotted line into Group CFO, as c.30% of the role will entail European exposure, which will grow as the role develops.

The ideal individual will balance BAU operations and management of accounting, reporting and audit alongside transformational change and development, being a hands on, technically experienced leader and controller, who can demonstrate experience of leading teams through significant changes to systems and processes. Given the business growth trajectory, this role will continue to develop as the business makes further acquisitions and grows organically too.
