Group Financial Controller - Bristol - Central

Element are currently partnering alongside a successful and reputable Bristol based client. Over the past 10 years this business has seen significant growth and is now invested heavily in talented staff to aid them in their 3 year business plan.

You’ll enjoy working closely with operational areas of the business to aid in the delivery and communication of financial information. You will enjoy taking ownership of the Finance function including all aspects from Budgeting & Forecasting to commercial analysis/performance and enjoy spending time with non-finance staff.

You will be partnering alongside a CFO and ensuring accuracy and delivery of group financial information.

Accountabilities;

You’ll take ownership of the Finance function whilst integrating with the wider business.

You’ll also focus on:

• Full "end to end" ownership of group company financials (ledgers, management/financial accounting/budgeting, audit ETC)
• Commercial analysis/insight - developing pre-existing and establishing new revenue streams
• Ongoing development of business relationships across the wider business
