Group Finance Manager - Bristol

Element Recruitment are delighted to be partnering exclusively with a progressive, growing business based in Central Bristol looking to engage with a Group Finance Manager.

Working closely with the Head of Finance with significant exposure to the CFO and wider senior leadership team, this role will take hands on management of the group balance sheet, with delivery of associated reporting on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis. You will also heavily contribute towards the business continuous improvement projects, including suggestions for automation and process improvements.

The right candidate for this role will be a qualified accountant, with a naturally inquisitive and self motivated mindset. This business are looking for someone to be proactively hands on and very business facing. You will consider yourself to be a progressive individual, with a desire to learn about a multi-faceted, global business in a hands on finance team.

A salary of £50,000-£60,000 is on offer plus additional benefits, with the business operating in the office 5 days per week in Bristol. The business have a great culture and their office attendance has boosted the business morale and productivity considerably. This business are commutable via public transport links, there is no parking available.
