Group Accountant - Cirencester

£40,000 - £48,000 + benefits - Accountancy / Finance

Fast moving technology business based near Cirencester, is looking for a Group Accountant. You will be strong with data, and enjoy working in an ever changing and dynamic environment. You will also be system savvy with good attention to detail.

Reporting to the Head of Accounting, responsibilities include:

Manage the flow of monthly reporting data through the group reporting software and the consolidation software
Analysis of business unit performance, and preparation of management information to be circulated to senior management and submission to the Group
Manage the integrity of data within the group reporting tool
Cash flow management
Preparation of budgets and forecasts including manipulating data to flow through the various reporting platforms
Manage year-end audit, and preparation of the financial statements under UK GAAP
Drafting of statutory accounts
Accounting systems and processes improvement

Your Profile:

Qualified Accountant (ACA /ACCA / CIMA) or Qualified by Experience
Strong with data manipulation
Advanced system skills
Resilience and tenacity
