Your Role

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will:

• Lead with Impact: Build strong, lasting client relationships with businesses of all sizes, developing skills in negotiation and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
• Collaborate for Success: Identify and engage with top talent, guiding candidates through the recruitment process to help them secure their ideal roles.
• Innovate and Respect Diversity: Use a range of sourcing methods to build a diverse pool of candidates, ensuring respect for every individual’s unique potential.
• Contribute to Team Success: Work closely with your team to achieve shared goals and drive the continued success of the Bristol office.
• Stay Informed: Keep up with industry trends and market insights to become a trusted advisor for both clients and candidates.
• Lead in Networking: Attend in-person client meetings and networking events to represent Element Recruitment with professionalism and integrity.
