FP&A Accountant - Bath

Element are partnering alongside a Bath based brand to recruit an FP&A Accountant. You’ll be an integral member of the team by building and maintaining relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. You will have strong analysis skills and will be responsible for financial reporting and forecasting which influences decision making at senior level, ensuring the best route for the business to achieve its goals.​

Duties include:

• Preparing and reviewing the monthly consolidated results pack and deliver analysis
• Generating monthly P&L forecasts and annual budgets
• Ensuring teams are supported with accurate & insightful performance analysis
• Highlight risks and opportunities and provide variance and trend analyses to support decision making
• Appraise, provide analysis and recommendations on potential business opportunities and investments
• Consolidation of financial results
• Building financial models to shape business strategy

You will have:

• Accountancy Qualification (CIMA / ACCA / ACA)
• The ability to quickly identify and understand issues
• A well-planned and creative approach to solving problems
• Strong excel skills
• A good understanding of finance systems
