Element are partnering alongside an organisation, who have recently gone through a period of change, to recruit a Financial Reporting Manager. This is a business facing role and will suit someone who has trained in the profession and possesses a strong technical background, as you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of statutory financial statements.

Duties include:

  • Working with internal and external stakeholders and convoying technical and complex matters to non-finance stakeholders
  • Taking responsibility for all communications for compliance work in all countries, working with regional teams to manage delivery of compliance filings
  • Participating in management of direct reports to ensure that the statutory accounts are provided within agreed terms
  • Gaining a full understanding of the reporting and local GAAP requirements
  • Ensure that all statutory accounts are completed in line with individual country reporting timelines

You will have:

  • Accountancy Qualification (ACA / ACCA)
  • Good organisation skills and experience managing multiple client deliverables at one time
  • The ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both written and verbal, as will be working with colleagues in multiple locations
  • Proactive use of systems to facilitate workflow management and deadline management
  • Organised and results driven, able to work in team managing multiple projects simultaneously, across multiple time zones and meet fixed deadlines.
