Our client is a fast growing SME looking to appoint a Financial Controller off of the back of continued growth and development. This business has an ambitious three year plan for future acquisition as well as organic growth. You'll be driven by results and enjoy forging relationship with senior stakeholders (non-finance).

Accountabilities:

You’ll enjoy working closely with the CFO and managing a growing transactional team with two direct reports. You are responsible for delivering clear processes and control within the finance function.

You'll also focus on:

• Responsible for the ongoing systems and processes for the organisation.

• Ongoing management of a growing finance team (including part qualified and qualified individuals).

• Support the CFO on numerous 'value add' projects within the business.
