Financial Controller - Bath

Element Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a global manufacturing business looking to engage with a qualified Financial Controller to business partner with their busy operation.

Working closely with operations, this role will be a key conduit between finance and the wider business providing accurate and insightful reporting and analysis. This is an ideal role for a driven and naturally inquisitive finance professional as the business seek continuous improvement and achievement against key performance drivers as they continue their growth journey.

You will be a qualified accountant, with experience of operating with a manufacturing, or similar environment. You will consider yourself to be a hands on and driven with a confident communication style to lead and influence key stakeholders. You will also possess strong Microsoft Excel experience, with experience of using finance ERP systems and associated data/BI tools.

A salary of up to £75,000 is on offer plus wider package including bonus, with hybrid of working of 3 days per week in the office with parking available.
