Finance Systems Manager - Bristol

Element Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a large, dynamic business going through significant change and transformation, in their search for a Finance Systems Manager to support their ongoing change and improvement agenda.

Working closely with the Head of Finance Transformation and managing a team of 2, this role will be pivotal to the delivery of a finance system improvement programme across over 60 global entities, migrating legacy finance systems and associated data onto a new global ERP system. You will lead key activities around Data, Process, UAT, Reporting, Analysis and Finance systems process management.

The ideal candidate for this role will be an Accountant who has an interest in, or has transitioned into more of a systems focused finance role. You will have experience across Financial Reporting Systems/ERP's (SAGE, SAP, BPC, D365) and experience of Microsoft Power Platform/Automation Technology and PowerBI would be highly advantageous.

This role will pay a competitive salary in line with the current market, plus package with the expectation of attending the office up to 3 days per week.
