Finance Manager - Leading regional employer - Bristol - Central

Element recruitment are partnering alongside a leading regional employer to recruit a new Finance Manager. This role provides a variety of exposure to all areas of the business and a strong blend of operational exposure. This is a truly unique opportunity as it will provide extensive exposure to the CEO and allow the successful candidate the chance to really make an impact.

As a Finance Manager, you will be embedded within the finance function and work closely with non-finance staff, supporting key stakeholders understand key financial information. You will also work closely with the commercial arm of the business supporting the business partnering function.

Accountabilities;

You’ll be a qualified accountant with a blend of both technical and operational finance experience. This role is very people-focussed and suited to someone who enjoys looking at the story behind the numbers.

You’ll also focus on:

• Building relationships with the executive leadership team in order to understand the business and the impact of operational changes
• Developing internal systems and processes within the finance function
• Proven budgeting and forecasting experience 
• Understanding and presentation of commercial/financial performance
