Finance Manager | Swindon | £62,000 - £68,000

This International market leading services firm is looking for a Finance Manager due to further growth and increased market share. They have grown well beyond ambitious forecast and now require a qualified accountant with good reporting skills for a newly created position.

Responsibilities will include:

• Provide guidance and training to the finance team on processes
• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, including management and financial reporting teams
• Embed a monthly timetable with robust reporting deadlines 
• Review monthly close process and ensure that all appropriate reconciliation and documentation is provided and saved
• Ownership of balance sheet and all reconciliations
• Ensure that financial controls are embedded in the team
• Data management insight and analysis
• Input ideas and improvements to Senior Leadership Team

Your Profile:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
• Strong technical background
• Team management experience 
• Good level of Excel, and Power BI would be desirable
