Finance Manager - Bristol

Element Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a highly successful, highly profitable multi site business as they look to engage with a Finance Manager to join their growing team.

Working closely with the Group Head of Finance, you will take ownership of 2 key business areas, supporting the delivery of monthly management information, performance analysis, fixed assets and capex analysis as well as leading a small team. The business are also currently undergoing a significant change and improvement with regards to business and financial systems, with this role heavily involved in the continuous improvement project agenda. 

The right candidate for this role will be qualified, with experience of working in a fast paced business. This role would offer career progression into a more rounded role, with significant senior stakeholder exposure and autonomy. Strong ability and experience with Microsoft Excel is expected as standard, experience in a multi-site business would be advantageous. 

This business are operating under hybrid working with a typical 2-3 days per week in the office near Bristol, parking is available on site. The role will pay up to £52,000 plus up to 20% bonus and wider benefits package, working for an empowering manager with a great track record of development.
