Finance Manager - Bristol

Element Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a unique and high profile client as they look to engage with a Finance Manager at the beginning of an exciting time for the business.

Working closely with the Managing Director and Finance Director, this role will manage all aspects of top to bottom finance and provides a fantastic opportunity to be a pivotal part of the business.
You will manage the business' cash position, budget and forecasting process, internal and external reporting on a monthly basis, providing insightful analysis in collaboration with the strategic development and direction of the business. You will also be a key business partner to both financial and non financial stakeholders.

This role would be ideal for a recently qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA), or a strong finalist, who enjoys being hands on and in the detail of a business. You will have experience of producing accounts (Management or Statutory) and bring a proactive, can do energy to the business. You will consider yourself to be a strong and effective communicator who can work with colleagues of all levels and have strong ability and experience within Microsoft Excel. 

You'll be a paid a competitive salary in line with the current market, with hybrid working available. Reporting directly into MD and FD level, this role will enable the successful individual to have significant exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity for progression, in what is a truly unique and high profile operation.
