Do you enjoy value adding stakeholder engagement, working with key operational teams to identify key trends and enhancing performance?
Element Recruitment are exclusively partnering with a national business, to appoint a Finance Business Partner to their growing operation.
Working closely with operations, this role will oversee the accounting, budgeting and forecasting activities for 2 South West sites of a highly successful, national business. You will produce management accounts and weekly flash reports with a keen eye on business performance, identifying opportunities for performance growth or cost efficiency. With collaborative approach, you will work with senior operational stakeholders to enhance understanding of performance to budget with key insight and analysis to contribute towards growth.
This role will suit a hands on, qualified finance professional who enjoys working with autonomy, with a high degree of natural curiosity to understand performance drivers and identify improvements. You will have had experience of producing Management Accounts (multi-site experience would be advantageous) and consider yourself to be confident and strong with stakeholder engagement.
A salary of up to £55,000 plus £5.5k car allowance is on offer for the right candidate, with the expectation of 3-4 days per week in the office in North Bristol with travel included to another South West site, with the flexibility of managing your own diary once up to speed.
