Finance Business Partner - Gloucester

£30,000 - £35,000 + Study Support - Accountancy / Finance

Are you studying ACCA / CIMA and looking for a career-building role? We're currently partnering with an innovative and growing organisation near Cheltenham looking for a commercial Finance Business Partner. Remote working on a hybrid basis.

Working closely with the MD, responsibilities will include:

Managing compliance and performance review meetings, ensuring KPIs are met for all contracts
Manage all contracts, monitoring changes of funding / contract rules
Identifying new bid opportunities, and managing the bid applications
Provide financial support, including financial reports, management reports, variance analysis and budget preparation
Monitor income and expenditure against budget, identify variances, impact on budgets to stakeholders

Your Profile:

ACCA / CIMA part qualified or equivalent
Strong Excel skills
Good communicator
Commercial mindset
