UK based professional services business in Swindon is seeking a Finance Business Partner to influence change in their operational teams. 

You will be a natural communicator with strong commercial acumen, looking for a role where you can add value. 

Responsibilities include:

• Preparation of month end reporting packs with key metrics
• Analysis of emerging trends
• Benchmarking performance against external market
• Development of business cases for new initiatives 
• Ad hoc analysis for Finance Director and Head of Commercial

Your Profile:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent analytical skills, strong in MS Excel
