Finance Assistant - Bristol

£23,000 - £25,000 (1 day in office a week!) - Professional Services - Accountancy / Finance

Element Recruitment are working with a very successful professional services firm based in Central Bristol to help them find a Finance Assistant to join their fast growing team. You’ll need excellent attention to detail. Candidates who have worked in administration and with an interest in moving into finance and done/doing an AAT will be considered.

Only 1 day a week in the office!
Salary £23,000 - £25,000 + study support

Duties include:

Invoicing and document distribution
Managing your own ledger
Check and query / accept incoming invoices and charges
Managing Credit Control mailbox
All client facing invoicing & query resolution
Escalation of any issues
Archive file
Dealing with SLAs
Support Customer Service and Operations Teams
Comply with Company policies and procedures.
Liaise with external suppliers.

You will need:

Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) experience
Good numerical ability
Good attention to detail
Ability to prioritise workload
