An international organisation based in the Central Bath area are looking for a driven Finance Assistant. The role of the Finance Assistant includes raising sales invoices for all projects as well as monitoring and reporting invoice levels. The Finance Assistant will also be key in supporting the finance team with ad-hoc requirements.

Accountabilities:

• Responsible for issuing and reporting on Work In Progress balances.
• Project related housekeeping tasks within the finance systems.
• Responsible for preparing accruals and prepayments.
• Supporting the finance team by producing overhead reports.
• Answer questions and provide assistance to non-finance stakeholders and clients as needed.

Skills needed:

• Ideally studying towards a recognised accounting qualification (AAT)
• Strong interpersonally with an ability to engage with finance/non-finance staff
• Self-driven, with a positive approach to life, and a willingness to learn and develop.
• Skilful with Excel to an intermediate level
