Finance Assistant

£ 22,000 – £ 24,000 | Bristol City Centre

As a Finance Assistant you’ll build on your finance experience & work with a diverse group of internal colleagues. You’re comfortable working with minimal supervisor, self-motivated and task orientated. In order to succeed in this job, you should have strong Excel and IT skills, be able to communicate with people at all levels, and be a well-organised individual.

The role

• Recording daily bank transactions, in multi-currencies
• Dealing with all bank related activities and administration
• Reviewing and reconciling of client bank accounts
• Completing forms received from clients
• Assisting with Credit Control related activities

The Profile

• Ideally 2-3 years’ experience working in a finance department
• Be qualified or studying AAT
• Strong interpersonal skills, able to engage with finance/non-finance staff
• Strong Excel skills
