Are you looking to work in the creative industry? Are you an experienced Administrator with finance knowledge?

We are currently looking for an experienced Team Administrator to provide support for a finance team, working for a high-profile creative company in Bristol. You’ll be required to do the day to day administration, processing and accounts duties, as well as providing PA support to the manager.

This is a 6 month FTC, working 37.5 hours per week.

Duties include:

  • Invoicing and POs
  • Setting up new suppliers on the system
  • Credit card statements 
  • Diary management
  • Project Administration
  • Processing staff benefits
  • Ordering Stationery
  • Sending remittance advices
  • To help prepare monthly bank reconciliations
  • Carry out ad-hoc duties as required to the finance manager

You’ll have:

  • Proactive, motivated and team based approached to work
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to act under your own initiative
  • Strong organisational skills
