Finance Analyst - Exeter

Element Recruitment are delighted to supporting a Group business at an exciting time in their journey, as they look to engage with a finance analyst to support their central finance team.

Reporting into a senior finance business partner, you will support them in understanding key drivers in relation to business performance including understanding revenue, costs and where there may be the ability to make efficiencies or further drive growth. You will be heavily involved with business partnering with non financial stakeholders, supporting in the budget and forecasting process and supporting budget holders with performance vs actual analysis. 

This role would be suitable for a newly qualified or a recently qualified accountant who is looking to add value by providing a strong business partnering service and insightful analysis to an international business who are undergoing significant transformation, which will provide further opportunities for growth and progression.
