Finance Administrator

£18,000 - £ 22,000 | Bristol City Centre  


My client is looking for an experienced Finance Administrator, someone to assist in everything from purchase/sales ledger, VAT and bank reconciliations and general administrative tasks (approximately 50:50 split). This position will offer an opportunity for the candidate to develop existing knowledge as well as the chance to work within a very friendly working culture.

As the Finance Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Daily monitoring and balancing of bank, cash book and reconciliation
  • Creating sales invoices, allocating payments, balancing accounts.
  • Entering Purchase Ledger invoices, paying and allocating accounts.
  • Supporting the organisation of companywide meetings.
  • Managing the office post and general email inbox.
  • Organising travel requirements


Your Profile:

  • Working knowledge of Xero and Kimble,
  • Must have experience working in a small office where there is a requirement to multi-task.
  • Ideally Basic French and/or any other European language skills.
  • Ideally some finance experience
