Job Title - Finance Administrator
Location - Aztec West

Salary - £20 - 22,000, on site parking, 35 hour week, AAT study support
Working within the operations team of this global organisation, you will be dealing with all aspects of job accounting, profit reporting and associated irregularity handling for one major client.
Specific duties will include:
Invoicing and document distribution
Check and query / accept incoming invoices and charges
Finalise job accounting and close the file
All client facing invoicing & query resolution
Manage cost and revenue estimates and accruals
Monitor PFSUM and jobs showing a profit / loss
Escalation of any issues
Support Customer Service and Operations Teams
Comply with Company policies and procedures.
Liaise with external suppliers.
Key skills and experience:
This position could suit someone with previous purchase ledger/finance admin/invoicing experience
Or, a graduate with strong Excel skills looking to move into a business that could offer global career opportunities
Suitable applicants would need to be proficient in Excel, ideally pivot tables and vlookups
Have a high attention to detail
Good investigative and analysis skills
