We are recruiting an Executive Assistant for the Global HR Director for a market leading organisation located on the outskirts of Bath.
This is not a typical EA role, as well as the usual PA duties this position will heavily involve the creation of Power Point presentations. The HRD will provide conceptual advice around the presentations for you to produce. Topics for the presentation will include: organisation change, performance related bonus, monitoring performance throughout the year, Talent & Leadership, implementation of new systems. The presentations must be accurate and visually interesting.
You will also be responsible for pulling reports together in Excel.
The ideal candidate will have previous PA experience, have excellent IT skills and be familiar with using PowerPoint and Excel. You must have a high attention to detail and produce work accurately in a timely manner. Previous experience within Marketing or a creative environment would be desirable.
This is a temporary position for 2- 3 months to cover while they recruit for a permanent person. The interim person will be able to apply for the permanent position should they wish to. Working 37 hours per week, 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday. Paying £15 per hour + holiday pay.
Located on the outskirts of Bath (the Bristol side) they have parking available and a subsidised canteen.
