Design Manager - Bristol

£55,000 - £65,000 + Package - Architecture

Your new company is a dynamic construction services company in Bristol working on projects in several sectors including Education, MOD & more, this well thought after firm will provide unparalleled progression and is looking for a fast-paced worker with a real passion for their industry who has versatile project background.

As Design Manager you will be Working alongside the PM and Surveyor to manage all aspects of the design production. This is to include managing the release of the design from the consultants as well as from directly employed subcontractors

To be successful for this role you will need to have strong industry experience from either an architectural or project management background. Must have experience of a similar role on a project in excess of £10m.

Experience of both design and build and traditional contracting.
